- Stand with your feet hip width apart. For more intensity you can hold weights at shoulder level at your sides.
- Bend your knees until you lower into the squat position. Remember to keep your knees behind your toes! Make sure that your booty is sticking out, and that your torso is upright and contracted.
- Press into your heels to stand up.
- Repeat for 2-3 sets of 8-16 reps.
